Above the empire of Digital floats the Governed City Waikyoku, where the entire planet Bereich is controlled, observed, and used.

Bereich used to be known as Earth, however, after a great war, Mother Earth locked humans and all other living things in either her mind, Hell, or her body, Heaven. Heaven was guarded by a statue of a male demon, and Hell was guarded by a statue of a female angel.

Chaos ruled the skies, and Pandemonium ruled the grounds and waters. Chaos, wanting to take a better look at these statues, begged Pandemonium to become one with him. Pandemonium, who loved Chaos with all his being, agreed to join with the God of the skies. The two formed a powerful God named Life, who had a face that made even Lucifer envious.

As Life approached the first statue, the statue to Hell, his breath caught. He ran his hand down the arm of the statue and smiled. He then went to the one that led to Heaven and repeated this. Once he had touched them both, Pandemonium wanted to split apart so they could live as lovers. However, Chaos wanted to create his own lover from these statues. He stole the statues, releasing humanity and all living creatures, including plant life.

The spirit of the Earth shreaked, and promised revenge. So, when Life, who was mostly controlled by Chaos, created his beautiful wife from the two statues, the Earth's spirit possessed the cold body of the woman. Thus, Life's wife was born. She named herself Gaea, the Goddess of Death. Life became known as Galalear, the God of Life.

Gaea soon came to love Galalear, and convinced him to help her create a peaceful world. They named their new kingdom Bereich. To do make a utopia, they began having offspring. Their first, and only, child was Pandora.

As time went, Pandora married a cursed man named Nu, who had hair of ash and eyes of blood. On the night of the fullmoon, he turned into a cat. Their son would later do the same. Their daughter would become the fiercest warrior on Bereich.

Galalear proved to be an unfaithful husband, having two sons with Lilith, the first wife of Adam reborn. After Lilith's death, Galalear became involved with a Demon named Damian, who had one son with an Angel named Merry. Damian also had a son and a daughter with a Demon by the name of Tae.

The family tree was short, but expanded vastly in small branches. Soon, an entire clan was made, and Waikyoku was after their powerful blood for clones.

From the children of the Gods and Goddesses, two clones were made. One was Houou. Houou was to, like the phoenix, rise from ash. The second was Destin, who was born of virgin's womb.

As for Digital, Digital is the location of the entrance to Heaven. Above Digital is Waikyoku, a modern version of Heaven. Here, in Digital, our cast gathers. The war between the Gods and Goddesses and Waikyoku will take place here. The race to discover the secret of Waikyoku and of life is at hand.
